These terms cover your use of this website and set out the general basis on which Silver Birch Tree & Gardening Service quotes for and carries out work. A written quote for your job may include additional, job-specific terms.

Using this website

• The information on this site is general guidance, not professional advice for your particular tree or site.
• Photos and text on this site belong to Silver Birch Tree & Gardening Service unless stated otherwise and may not be reused without permission.
• We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but can't guarantee it will always be error-free.

Quotes

• Quotes are based on the photos, description or site visit available at the time. If the job turns out to be materially different (for example, hidden hazards or restricted access), we'll discuss it with you before doing any extra work.
• Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.
• Your quote will state what's included, including how green waste is handled.

Your responsibilities

• Confirming you own the tree or hedge, or have the owner's permission for the work.
• Checking whether any tree is protected by a Tree Preservation Order or is in a conservation area, and obtaining any consent needed. We're happy to point you in the right direction.
• Telling us about anything relevant we may not see: underground services, fragile structures, pets.
• Providing safe access to the work area on the agreed day.

Bookings, cancellations and weather

Tree and garden work depends on the weather. If conditions are unsafe, we'll rearrange at no cost to you.

Payment

Payment terms and accepted payment methods are set out in your quote.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish law.
